Callaway High School offers a wide range of activities and organizations for its students.  Activities that are available for student participation include, but are not limited to, Student Government Association (SGA), Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA), Spanish Club, French Club, Mu Alpha Theta, National Honor Society, Not Here Club, JROTC, PTSA, Band, Choral Music, Show Chior, Band, Drill Team, Flag Corps, and Cheerleading.
